Gender equality in the (social) entrepreneurial ecosystem is far from ideal. It is, therefore, a task of everyone involved in the field to work on increased efforts to realise gender mainstreaming.
The concept of gender mainstreaming moves beyond a policy-only perspective of gender equality, but suggest a more integrated way of achieving gender equality at all stages of policies, programmes, projects and within organisations. In this interactive session co-hosted by Empow’her from France and SHE LEADS from the Netherlands, participants can gain but also share insights on the the following questions:
