Zeynep Hancı, graduated from the Psychological Counseling
and Guidance Department of Boğaziçi University in 2018. She
studied at the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at
Utrecht University as part of Erasmus+. She has completed
internships at Walt Disney World, TED College, and the Mother
Child Education Foundation. She gained professional
experience in the fields of education, communication, and
resource development at the Educational Reform
Initiative-Teacher Network, Trendyol, and IDEMA. She is the Co-Founder and Editor of eğitim hali, a weekly publication that
has been among Aposto publishers since December 2021.
Currently, she is working as a Communication Team Leader at IDEMA.

am Esra Tanyeli, a graduate of Dokuz Eylul University, izmir,Turkey with a degree in International Relations in 2020. Currently, I am pursuing my master's degree at the same university, specializing in 'Digital Diplomacy' with an expected graduation date. My dissertation focuses on the historical evolution of diplomacy, the digitization of diplomatic tools, and the application of digital tools in Turkish-American relations.
Throughout my undergraduate years, I actively participated in college clubs, contributing to social responsibility projects with organizations such as the Community Volunteers Foundation. In 2019, I gained valuable experience as a project intern at IDEMA. Following my internship, I continued my journey at IDEMA, initially serving as a project assistant from November 2021 to July 2023, and subsequently assuming the role of a project expert since July 2023.
