Ali Ercan Ozgur received his bachelor's degree from Marmara University, Department of Political Science and International Relations, and his master's degree from Birmingham University, Department of International Development, Department of Governance and Development Management with his thesis on “Coordination and Impact of International Funds and Aid” In 2014.
